Do I need to move out during the renovation? +

It depends on the scope. For bathroom or kitchen renovations, staying in the home is possible but requires planning. For full home renovations, we recommend alternative accommodation for 2–8 weeks. We will advise based on your specific project.

How long does a typical renovation take? +

Bathroom: 2–4 weeks. Kitchen: 3–6 weeks. Full home: 6–16 weeks. Double volume luxury: 12–24 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule before any work begins.

Do you provide design services? +

Yes. Our in-house design team creates mood boards, 2D plans, and 3D renderings so you see your space before we build. This service is included in our renovation quotes.

What areas do you serve? +

We primarily serve Johannesburg, Sandton, Fourways, Midrand, Pretoria, and surrounding Gauteng areas. Contact us for projects outside these regions.

What warranty do you offer? +

12 months on all workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on materials (tiles, fixtures, appliances) pass through to you.
